RAM-B-189BPU provides a metal plate to which you can bolt two of our 3.3″ diameter Twist-Lock™ Suction Cup Base. Tbat plate also provides an AMPS hole pattern which allows you to attach one of our balls in order to create a double suction cup base with ball.
